做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
