做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
