做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
