做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
