做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
