做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
