做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
