做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
