做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
