做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
