做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
