做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
