做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
