做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
