做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
