做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
