做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
