做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
