做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
