做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
