做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
