做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
