做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
