做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
