做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
