做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
