做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
