做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
