做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
