做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
