做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
