做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
