做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
