做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
