做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
