做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
