做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
