做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
