做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
