做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
