做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
