做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
