做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
