做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
