做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
