做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
