做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
