做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
