做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
