做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
